Creathor Venture invests millions in iFunded real estate crowdfunding platform
Bad Homburg/Berlin, 30 September, 2016 – Creathor Venture, one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms, invests a seven digit amount in a pre-Series A round in iFunded.de, a German real estate crowdinvesting platform.

The platform allows both private and institutional investors to invest alongside real estate experts directly in the real estate projects of their choice. “The Internet is now much more than just a shopping platform or repository of information. A growing number of investors is searching for transparent and profitable investment opportunities, and iFunded.de lets them make these investments quickly, easily and independently,” continued Stephan. iFunded recently launched and successfully placed its first project, Central Berlin. Investors can invest with as little as 250 Euro and above. There are no fees for investors. In return for providing funding for a refurbishment and modernisation program, investors receive attractive interest payments on their loan. A host of other projects are also now open to investors.
