Launch project on iFunded.de exceeds funding threshold before official launch

Berlin, 7th of June 2016 – The crowdfunding platform iFunded.de has officially started after the successful completion of its early bird phase. Selected investors had the opportunity to invest in the Berliner residential real estate Central Berlin on Strausberger Platz before anyone during the early bird phase. As of today, the investment is also accessible for the public. “We exceeded the funding threshold of 100,000 euros after a few days during the Early Bird phase. The large investor interest shows that real estate crowdfunding is increasingly establishing itself as an alternative to traditional forms of investment” says Michael Stephan, Managing Director of iFunded.de.
Central Berlin with an annual interest rate of 5 percent and an 18 month term. Investments in Central Berlin are already available from 250 euros onwards. Investors are subject to no fees. With a term of 18 months, investors can participate in the financing through a subordinated loan with an annual fixed interest rate of five percent. Interest is paid every six months. The funding target for the launch project is up to 1.1 million euros. The project is thus suitable for private investors as well as professional investors such as family offices. “Our projects are a very attractive investment option for investors, especially due to the current interest rate environment.” says Mr. Stephan
Further projects available soon on the platform
The real estate project Central Berlin marks the start of iFunded.de. Further investment projects will be announced soon. Depending on the project returns between three and seven percent with an investment term of twelve to 48 months can be expected. Property developers can use iFunded.de as a new sales channel to attract private investors in addition to banks and institutional investors.

Users can find out about the latest developments on their investment at any time and view the earnings performance on the online platform. The properties offered are closely examined by experts from the industry. We generally participate in the real estate projects as co-investors with the real estate developer. That way we have shared interest in the project with our crowd investors.” says Mr. Stephan.
