Real estate project Elsestrasse Berlin is funded in record time on iFunded
Berlin, 18. September 2019 – It only took 5 days for the real estate project Elsestrasse Berlin to reach its funding-goal on the crowdfunding platform iFunded. Over 200 investors participated, meaning that the project located in the north-west of Berlin reached its goal of €350,000 in record time.
“Out of the 5,000 registered investors on our platform, 200 managed to participate, investing around €1,800 on average. As the first european crowdfunding platform in the real estate market to facilitate Euro, Bitcoin and Ether investments, Elsestrasse Berlin represents an important step towards a more comprehensive implementation of blockchain technology on our platform,” said iFunded founder and CEO Michael Stephan.
