The crowdfunding platform iFunded.de has reached its funding target of 1,000,000 Euro for their launch project ahead of schedule. Private and institutional investors have invested in the historic residential property Central Berlin over the online portal. The property is a prominent, listed building on Strausberger Platz in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

iFunded.de is now available in English allowing foreign capital investors to also participate in the Berlin residential real estate market.
